HealthPoint is a modern pharmacy group with locations across Ireland. Formerly part of the CarePlus franchise, the business is now independently led by John Keane, who set out to create a fresh and unified identity across seven sites. This rebrand wasn’t just a change of name, it marked a shift in focus towards a more community-centred, health-first message with a clean and welcoming aesthetic.

Project Objective

When John first approached us, he wasn’t just looking for new signs he wanted each pharmacy to feel like the same friendly, trusted space, whether you were in Mullingar or Dublin. It wasn’t about just putting up new signs, it was about creating something that felt right and fit alongside the seven pharmacy locations. With the clock ticking, he needed a partner who could move quickly and still deliver to the highest standard.

Challenges

This wasn’t just a quick refresh—tight timelines and high volume made it a complex rollout:

  • Time Pressure: All work had to meet a fixed launch date, requiring seamless coordination across design, production, and installation.

  • High Volume: Extensive signage and graphics were delivered across seven pharmacies, including hundreds of shelf edge strips.

  • Brand Consistency: Achieved a unified look despite differing site layouts and fixtures.

  • Collaboration: Close coordination with HealthPoint’s designer ensured smooth progress with minimal disruption.

Challenges

  • John chose Elite Sign Mullingar & Dublin for full project delivery across multiple sites.

    • External Signage:
      Illuminated Dibond tray signs with push-through letters and backlit LEDs, built from durable, weatherproof materials.

    • Internal Signage:
      Branded shelf and gondola graphics reflecting HealthPoint’s refreshed look, with artwork support to ensure fast, seamless execution.

Execution

All seven pharmacies were rebranded on time and within the agreed scope. Planning played a big role here by staging installations around each site’s opening hours, and disruption to patients and staff was kept to a minimum. Regular check-ins and clear communication between teams meant nothing was left to chance.

Results

The rebrand gave HealthPoint Pharmacy a fresh, consistent identity that feels instantly recognisable and reflects their community-focused values. The new signage looks professional and welcoming, helping to build trust and reinforce the pharmacy’s commitment to accessible, high-quality care.
